For a standard Victorian residential purchase where the purchase price is less than $3 million.

Property sale conveyancing

$1,650 + GST + disbursements

For a standard Victorian residential sale where the sale price is less than $3 million.

We will confirm the retainer, scope, inclusions, exclusions, likely disbursements and any additional work before accepting instructions. Different fees apply to some higher-value, complex and additional work.

Commercial property and other scopes require a separate quote. Request a purchase quote or request a sale quote.

Independent legal advice and solicitor certificates

$825 excluding GST

For the first certificate for each individual. Includes document review, a written letter of advice and a face-to-face appointment with Ian Cimino, with the certificate completed where it can properly be given.

Each additional certificate for the same individual: $275 excluding GST. A second individual pays the first-certificate fee.

Travel fees and disbursements are additional where applicable. We confirm the scope, fees and any additional work before you proceed.
